Marc Bidou er administrerende direktør for selskab Bilendi, som han grundlagde i 1999, hvor det oprindelige formål var at tilbyde virksomheder, som oplevede hvorledes kunderne i det nye internetmiljø, blev stadigt mere uforudsigelige, et middel til at intensivere loyaliteten hos disse kunder. Det var dette strategiske klarsyn, som lagde grunden til selskabets hastige vækst såvel internt – gennem starten på markedet for onlinepaneler, som eksternt – samt overtagelsen af flere førende selskaber inden for disses respektive markeder i Storbritannien, Tyskland og Marokko.

Marc spiller også en central rolle i relation til tunge kundeporteføljer – specielt inden for bank- forsikrings-, distributions-, turisme- og telekommunikationssektorerne.

I 1990 lagde Marc ud med at stille sit talent til rådighed for The Walt Disney Company, hvor han – i 1995 – blev forretningsudviklingschef for Disney Interactive (Europa, Mellemøsten & Afrika).

Han har en kandidatgrad i driftsøkonomi fra Université Paris IX Dauphine samt DESS-diplom i finansvæsen fra Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris og endvidere en kandidatgrad i strategiledelse fra HEC Paris.

Gilles joined Bilendi in June 2023 as CFO in charge of group finance and French human resources.

After ten years in financial control positions in subsidiaries of industrial groups and then in technology startups, he spent almost 15 years as CFO of small and medium-sized companies in shopper marketing and software edition sectors.

François joined Bilendi in 2023 as Group Legal Director. He is in charge of all the legal aspects (corporate, contracts, GDPR compliance, acquisitions...) and of ESG matters. After numerous years as a lawyer (avocat) in M&A, François worked for international companies, leaders in their markets. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Paris I (Master 2 in Law and Master 2 in Business Law) and of HEC (Corporate Finance ICCF) and holds an MBA.

Efter adskillige år hos diverse IT-selskaber grundlagde Hervé i 1998 selskabet Elma – et IT-selskab, der i 2000 fusionerede med Bilende koncernen.

Hervé har, i samarbejde med sine teams, udarbejdet og udviklet firmaet Maximiles' tekniske platform, der udvikler skræddersyede webbaserede applikationer. Som en ægte specialist inden for relationsdatabaser ved han alt, hvad der er værd at vide om Unix, Windows og Mac OS miljøer.

Ángel joined Bilendi in March 2020 in order to develop the commercial team to strengthen the business in Spain. Ludivine indgik i Bilendis webdesign team i 2001, før hun påtog sig stillingen som kreativ direktør for koncernen. Hun har erfaring inden for organisation og stor teknisk ekspertise, som blev udnyttet i forbindelse med koncernens udvikling, og hun blev direktør for planning & produktion i 2011.

Ludivine sikrer, at kvaliteten i udviklingen hele tiden forbedres. Hun har også ansvaret for ledelse og organisation i det tekniske team (web designere, udviklere, systemadministratorer), som har til formål at hjælpe koncernens forskellige enheder med at få deres projekter til at lykkes.

Guillaume blev ansat i Bilendi Technology i 2007 som udvikler og fik senere stillingen som direktør for R&D i 2010. I 2014 åbnede han Bilendi Technology kontorerne i Grenoble med henblik på at udvide udviklingsteamet. Guillaume overvåger konstant de teknologiske fremskridt og har med over 10 års erfaring erhvervet solide færdigheder inden for software arkitektur, kvalitetssikring og databaser. Janne is our Country Manager in Finland and he has been a part of our journey since 2009. Janne is managing the Finnish office in Helsinki and serving local clients with Bilendi Finland's team of 7 in quantitative research projects ranging from providing just sample to implementing statistical analysis solutions. Hansley joined the Bilendi Group in October 2010 as Project Manager. In 2012 he was promoted as Head of the Project Management Division and actively participated in the creation of the Group’s project management tool. Gianluca has been working in the Market Research sector since 2003. Graduated in Social Psychology, he began as a qualitative researcher, and then progressively also dealt with quantitative research.

After working in several Research Institutes, in 2010 he joined Via! as Project Manager and Scripter; here he was able to put at the service of his clients the skills of researcher quali-quantitative acquired in previous years, allowing him to better understand their requests and support them in all stages of research. He has also actively contributed to the growth and development of the company through the training of new PMs.

In 2019, after the acquisition of Via! by Bilendi, Gianluca became Head of Project Management; currently, in addition to performing the activity of Project Manager, he leads the Italian team of PMs, coordinating their activities, providing support and defining the standards to be followed.

Otto holds a university degree in sociology, psychology and media studies and a doctorate from the University of Cologne. Maria has been in the market research industry for over 12 years. After graduating with a degree in business administration for market and communication research, she first worked for an international market research institute. She then joined respondi in 2011 in the sales department. As Sales Director, she was most recently responsible for German sales and now holds the same position at Bilendi & respondi.

Anne has led Bilendi's Key Account Management team since 2022. She started working for Bilendi in Berlin (previously Panelbiz) in 2010 after completing her market and social research specialist training. Since then, she has overseen two of the largest, internationally active clients of the Bilendi Group, among others.

Orkan holds a university degree in economics from Lumière Lyon 2 University and worked for respondi for almost 15 years in various roles. Most recently, he was responsible for the entire operational business as Chief Operating Officer. With the merger of Bilendi and respondi, he took on the role of Director Business Integration & Development.
